Welcome one and all to the official launch of Recursiononline.com, the central site for the Recursion webcomic.
First and foremost I would like to extend a huge thank you to my brother, Kevin Bruner, who did all the heavy lifting getting this site up and running. He did an amazing job and without his help I would probably still have months of work ahead of me getting my own site up and running by myself (and it wouldn't work nearly this well either.) If you feel inclined, please give him praise for his hard work.
This site marks the first step in my plan to focus my life around this comic. Now that I have complete control of my domain, I can start to promote the address and centralise future social media efforts. Comic updates will appear here every Monday, and a blog at the bottom of the page will showcase the most recent big news regarding the comic. Tapas will continue to update every Monday as well, but to encourage readers to this site, Tapas will remain one issue behind the archive available here. There's still some work for me to do fleshing out the "About" page with character bios, and getting some more social media accounts up and running. But for now I think this site is ready to present.
Phase 2 of the comic plan begins now as I branch out onto more social media platforms, and try to do some networking by making friends and taking out small ads. If I manage to develop more of a following doing that, phase 3 will be starting up an optional Patreon. The Patreon will feature bonus content and donation rewards, but I make a promise to you that you will still be able to read the comic for free. It will just be for people who want to be awesome.
